Math Olympiad is a full year afterschool program open to all interested 4th and 5th graders. Participants will meet weekly to practice math problems, play math related games, and practice for various math competitions throughout the year. Students will be exposed to math concepts and problems outside of the normal school curriculum and will gain experience working together on problems and activities related to, or about math.

There are several different math competitions throughout the year students will be expected to participate in, including Math Kangaroo and a district wide math competition between the MBUSD elementary schools.

Space is limited, and students who participate are expected to commit for the full year.
