Are you ready to join our Meadows Volunteer Family? We are excited to have you!! Do you still need to complete your LiveScan fingerprinting for MBUSD? Meadows PTA is bringing the service to you. Please see below for details. 

As a reminder, in order to volunteer on campus, you must complete a volunteer application, submit a negative TB test result or risk assessment form and complete Live Scan fingerprinting. Please refer to the MBUSD website  for more information and to submit the application.

You may do your Live Scan fingerprinting at any third party that offers it, as long as you use the MBUSD LiveScan form. We will be offering appointments on campus on Friday, September 29 after drop-off (8:00 a.m. until 9:00 or 9:30 depending on demand).

[We ask that in order to secure your spot and keep the event moving quickly, that you pay for the spot by Thursday, September 28 (you may either pay $79.50 online HERE ($77 +$2.50 to cover CC processing fees) or drop off a check made payable to Meadows Elementary PTA in the amount of $77 to the Meadows office by 9/28].  

Please remember to bring your valid photo ID (such as CADL) and a completed copy of the FORM in your appointment confirmation email  to your appointment.
