Meadows Bucket Challenge

Join the Fun with Meadows Bucket Challenge!

  • How it works:

Fill your bucket (printable) each day throughout the week of March 29th (Monday - Thursday):

  1. Purple Star for doing things that we need to do
    • Examples of 'Necessary' things: going to school, work, chores, etc.
  2. Green Star for taking care of our body
    • Examples of 'Physical' wellness: dressing in something that makes you feel good, working out, getting a hug, eating healthy, etc.
  3. Pink Star for doing things that make us happy and give us a sense of accomplishment
    • Examples of 'Emotional' wellness: a hobby, learning something new, helping someone, talking with a friend, or completing the Bucket Challenge! 


Once you have “filled” your bucket, try to help fill another person’s bucket.


* Try to avoid the use of technology, especially social media, to complete each category.


Share your photo of the bucket and tell us how it felt to fill your or your friends' buckets on this Padlet by Thursday, 4/1.


We'll draw names from all the participants. Winners will be spotlighted in the following week's Mustang Minute and will also win gift cards to Jamba Juice!
