The California State PTA is supporting Voting Yes on Proposition 31. 

Proposition 31: Voting Yes on Proposition 31 will prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products. SB 793 was signed into law in 2020 and prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products or flavor enhancers to our youth. The opponents of SB 793 have qualified this referendum to require that voters approve that law. The vaping epidemic has had a devastating impact on the health of our youth. Remember: Voting Yes on Proposition 31 will prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products.
