It is a daily struggle to receive our food supplies and paper goods, and our Food & Nutrition team must modify menus regularly. We have also struggled in filling open positions due to a lack of candidates for the jobs. These problems have forced us to close some serving lines and reduce our menu choices each day. These are not excuses, but we want to make you aware of some of the reasons why the changes may have been noticed. This is not just affecting Manhattan Beach; it is nation-wide.
