Welcome to Meadows' Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) home page. Our Meadows' SEL sub-committee strives to offer a variety of social and emotional resources for our school community, following MBUSD Social Emotional Learning Framework.
Our weekly sub-themes, called 'Meadows Focus', will help our students further develop specific areas of social and emotional skills within the district's framework.

What is SEL?
Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.
