Materials Distribution Day

Thanks to everyone who's come and picked up the materials on Friday, 9/11! It was so successful that we have cancelled the makeup day (9/16). Please contact Mrs. Krz, if you still need to pick up your materials. She will direct you in the right direction.

 Contactless Pick-up on Friday, Sept. 11th for All Grades, except 3rd Grade

We will be distributing materials from your teachers and the 1st Day School Supplies (if you've pre-ordered from them) this Friday morning (9/11).

Pick-up Procedures:  

Please plan to drive to school and enter on the Meadows round about (by the front office) from 12th St at your assigned time by grade level (see below) and remain in your car.

A paper with the names of your child/children and teacher(s) clearly printed in your passenger-side window will help our volunteers identify whose materials you are picking up. 
Upon arrival, please pop your trunk and materials will be placed inside your car.

Can't make the designated time?
It's okay! Please drive by as close to your child's pickup time as possible. We will work to accommodate everyone. Friends are allowed to pick materials for each other. Just put their names, grade level and their teachers' names on the window.
