Coffee with Counselors is an opportunity for parents to informally talk with the MBMS school counselors and other parents about the middle school experience and the whole child: How to navigate middle school both academically and socially, how to work with different teaching personalities, handling peer-to-peer relations, transitioning grade levels and how to access the counselor, just to name a few.
Questions regarding math tracks, math placement or the GATE program should be directed to the MBUSD Educational Services Office.
If you sign-up and know you cannot make it the day of, please remove your name from the list so that others can attend in your spot.
In an effort for the counselors to get to meet as many parents as possible, please only sign up for one session. You may contact your student's grade level counselor if you have additional questions after the session you attend. We look forward to getting to know you!
