Due to all the recent updates around Coronavirus, Meadows has made the difficult decision to postpone the Parent Party scheduled for Saturday, March 28th.
As of now, the Parent Party is rescheduled for Saturday, June 6th. We want to thank you in advance for your patience while we update the logistics of our event. Also a huge thanks to everyone on the Parent Party team for their extremely hard work in putting together the event and live auction!
The funds from this party are very important to our Meadows programs, which directly serve your children. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you hold off on refund requests at this point. In the case that you cannot attend the new date, we will offer the opportunity for reimbursements in the coming weeks.
We apologize for the disruption though we are very optimistic to have a fun party on June 6th!

Grab your hats and come place your bets! The Kentucky Derby is coming to Meadows for the annual Parent Party fundraiser. This is a kid-free, fun-filled night with live music, a DJ, food, and drinks!
Tickets are on sale now, $100 for general admission and $125 for VIP (includes a whisky/ bourbon tasting and/ or champagne). Don't delay buying tickets as the price will go up to $120 for general admission and $145 for VIP on March 1, 2020.
All staff members are invited to join the party for FREE and bring a date for 50% off the price of general admission tickets. Stay tuned for a sneak peak of the exciting auction items that will be available at the event.
All classrooms in which 100% of the parents buy a ticket to the event will receive a pizza and popsicle party. PLUS, the teachers of those classrooms will receive $100 towards classroom supplies. Any classrooms that reach 75% participation will receive a popsicle party.
If you can not attend the event, please consider purchasing a donation ticket, which will also go towards the class participation contest.
