$15 per person or $40 per family (3 or more)

Purchase tickets online or return this form with a check in your Tuesday Envelope. Write checks to "Meadows PTA" and note "Daughter Dance."

Tickets can also be purchased at the door, but advance RSVPs are appreciated.

Calling all Meadows Parents!! The Meadows Under the Stars Semi-Formal Dance Committee can use your help! We need some fabulous volunteers in a variety of roles, from set up, to staffing the dance, to tear down - every job is important.
